Delivery timings vary by product category and Society coordination schedule. Morning Ritual and everyday essentials are typically delivered early morning, subject to operational availability.
Order Coordination
For Society bulk orders and subscription planning, our Wellness Concierge team coordinates delivery windows directly with your Society's Managing Committee or designated representative.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, farm availability, or logistics constraints. We aim to communicate any significant delay in advance where possible.
